How does Bill do it.  He is always on the pulse of what is happening with new developments.  And the amazing thing is that when Bill is coming out with something just as it is the 'new' thing in the media and elsewhere, you have to realize that Bill must have started this project a minimum of 12 months ago, and possible 24-36 months ago, so a huge visionary - or . . .
